1. General Principles

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made on QikDoc for teleconsultations, medicine orders, diagnostic bookings, subscriptions, and other healthcare services. By using QikDoc, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or payment provider

Note: Convenience/platform fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Teleconsultation Refund Policy

Eligible for Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

Doctor fails to join consultation within 30 minutes of scheduled time

Consultation is cancelled by the doctor

Technical failure from QikDoc's system prevents consultation

Duplicate payment is made for the same booking

Partial Refund (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

Consultation is disconnected due to verified technical issues

Doctor consultation duration is significantly shorter than committed time due to system error

Platform/service charges may be deducted from partial refunds.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

Patient fails to attend scheduled consultation within 30 minutes

Incorrect information was provided by the patient

Dissatisfaction with medical advice (treatment outcome cannot be guaranteed)

Consultation was completed successfully

Prescription already issued (Medical decisions are the sole responsibility of the Registered Medical Practitioner)

3. Rescheduling Policy

Time Limit

Users may reschedule consultation up to 1 hour before scheduled time

Short Notice

Rescheduling within short notice may not be allowed

Frequency

One-time rescheduling may be permitted per booking

4. Medicine Order Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund/Replacement

Refund or replacement may be issued if:

Wrong medicine delivered

Expired product delivered

Damaged product received

Order cancelled before dispatch

Proof (photo/video) may be required for claims.

Non-Refundable Cases

Medicines already delivered and opened

Temperature-sensitive medicines

Prescription medicines once dispatched

Delay due to courier/logistics partner beyond reasonable control

Pharmacy services are provided by licensed third-party partners.

5. Diagnostic & Radiology Booking Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

Booking cancelled before sample collection/appointment

Lab partner cancels the appointment

Service unavailable in selected area

Duplicate booking/payment

Not Eligible for Refund

Sample already collected

Test already conducted

No-show at diagnostic center

Incorrect patient details provided

Diagnostic services are conducted by independent accredited laboratories.

6. Subscription / Package Refunds

If QikDoc offers health packages or subscription plans:

Within 24 Hours

Cancellation within 24 hours and before service use → Full refund

Partial Usage

Partial usage → Pro-rated refund may be considered

Full Utilization

After full utilization → No refund

7. AI Tool & Digital Feature Refunds

Payments for AI-based reports, symptom analysis, or digital insights:

Non-refundable once report is generated

Refund only in case of duplicate payment or technical failure

Important: AI outputs are informational and not medical diagnoses.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

QikDoc Processing

7–10 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within this timeframe

Bank/Payment Provider

Additional 3–7 business days

Bank/payment provider may take additional time to credit

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

9. Cancellation by QikDoc

QikDoc reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

Regulatory reasons

Doctor unavailability

Technical issues

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting QikDoc:

  • The account may be temporarily suspended
  • An investigation will be conducted
  • Supporting consultation logs may be submitted to the payment processor

11. Force Majeure

QikDoc shall not be liable for service disruption or delays due to:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Internet outages

Technical infrastructure failures beyond control

12. How to Request a Refund

13. Policy Updates

QikDoc reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised policy
