For Patients
Simply download the QikDoc app or visit our website, click on "Sign Up", and fill in your details including your name, email, phone number, and create a password. Once registered, you can create profiles for yourself and your family members to manage everyone's health from one account.

Yes! You can add unlimited family members to your account. Simply go to your profile settings, click "Add Family Member", and fill in their details including name, relationship, date of birth, and gender. You can then book appointments and manage health records for all family members from your single account.
Absolutely! All doctors on QikDoc undergo a rigorous verification process. We verify their medical licenses, NMC/State medical council registration, educational qualifications, and work experience. Only licensed and qualified practitioners are allowed to practice on our platform.
After your consultation, you'll receive a digital prescription in your account. Simply go to the prescription, click "Order Medicines", select a verified pharmacy, provide your delivery address, and place the order. Your medicines will be delivered to your doorstep with order tracking available.
You can book lab tests in two ways:
1. From a prescription: If your doctor has prescribed lab tests, click "Order Tests" on the prescription
2. Browse catalog: Search for lab tests directly, select a verified lab, choose home collection or visit, and book the test
Reports will be uploaded digitally to your account once completed.

The AI Symptom Checker is a tool that analyzes your symptoms and provides preliminary guidance. Simply input your symptoms, and our AI will suggest possible conditions and recommend the type of specialist you should consult. This helps you understand your condition better before booking a consultation. Note: This is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis.
Yes! All your prescriptions and lab reports are stored digitally in your account. You can download them as PDF files anytime, share them via email or WhatsApp, or print them for your records. They remain accessible forever, so you never lose important medical documents.
You can cancel or reschedule appointments from your "My Appointments" section. Cancellation policies vary by doctor, but generally:
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment
• Partial refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• No refund for no-shows
To reschedule, simply cancel the existing appointment and book a new slot.
For Doctors
Visit the "For Doctors" page and click "Register as Doctor". Fill out the application form with your details, medical license number, specialty, and upload required documents (medical license, ID proof, education certificates). Our team will verify your credentials within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you can complete your profile and start seeing patients.
You set your own consultation fees. QikDoc charges a transparent platform commission of 15% on each consultation. There are no registration fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden costs. You receive detailed invoices showing exactly what you earn and what the platform deducts.
In your doctor dashboard, go to the "Availability" section. Select your working days (Monday-Sunday), define time shifts (e.g., Morning: 9 AM - 1 PM, Evening: 5 PM - 8 PM), and choose consultation types (Video, Audio, or Chat). The system automatically generates bookable time slots. You can update or block slots anytime.
Payments are processed monthly. At the end of each month, we calculate your net earnings (total consultation fees minus platform commission) and transfer the amount directly to your registered bank account. You receive a detailed payout statement showing all consultations, fees, and deductions.
Yes! You can conduct consultations from your clinic, home, or anywhere with a stable internet connection. All you need is a computer or smartphone with a camera and microphone. We recommend a quiet, private environment for professional consultations.
You can offer three types of consultations:
• Video consultations (HD video calls)
• Audio consultations (voice calls)
• Chat consultations (text-based)
You decide which types you want to offer and can set different fees for each type.
After completing a consultation, click "Write Prescription" in your dashboard. Search for medicines from our database, set dosage, timing, and duration. You can also prescribe lab tests. Add any custom instructions, and the prescription is digitally signed and instantly delivered to the patient's account.
Yes! Before or during a consultation, you can access the patient's complete health history including:
• Past consultations
• Previous prescriptions
• Lab reports and imaging
• Tracked health metrics (BP, sugar, weight, etc.)
• Allergies and chronic conditions
This helps you provide more informed diagnoses.
You'll need to provide:
• Medical License Number (NMC/State registration)
• Educational certificates (MBBS, MD, etc.)
• Government-issued ID proof
• Professional photo
• Work experience details (if applicable)
All documents are verified during the onboarding process.

For Vendors
Visit the "For Vendors" page and click "Register as Vendor". Fill out the application with your business details, contact information, GST number, and license number (pharmacy drug license or lab license). Our team will verify your credentials within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you can setup your catalog and start receiving orders.

Yes! You can add your medicines, lab tests, or imaging services to your catalog. Set your own pricing, manage inventory stock, add product descriptions and images, and organize items by categories. You have full control over what you offer on the platform.
For completed lab orders, go to the order details in your dashboard and click "Upload Report". You can upload PDF, JPEG, or PNG files (max 10MB). The report is securely stored and instantly accessible to both the patient and their doctor. You can mark reports as final or draft.

Yes, you can reject orders if items are out of stock or if you cannot fulfill the order for any reason. Simply click "Reject Order" in your dashboard and provide a reason. The patient will be notified and can choose another vendor. We encourage maintaining accurate inventory to minimize rejections.

QikDoc is a comprehensive digital healthcare platform that connects patients, doctors, and healthcare vendors in a secure environment. It offers online consultations, digital prescriptions, medicine and lab test ordering, health record management, and AI-powered symptom analysis — all in one platform.
QikDoc is expanding across India. Currently, we have doctors and vendors in major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and many more. Even if you're in a smaller city, you can still consult with doctors online as telemedicine is not location-dependent.

Yes! You can login to your QikDoc account on multiple devices (phone, tablet, computer). Your data syncs automatically across all devices, so you can access your health records, prescriptions, and appointments from anywhere.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email or phone number, and you'll receive an OTP. Enter the OTP and create a new password. For security, the OTP is valid for 10 minutes.
Important: QikDoc is NOT for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (108/102 in India) immediately or go to the nearest hospital. QikDoc is for non-emergency consultations and routine healthcare management.

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data after a 30-day recovery period. For medical records, we're required by law to retain certain information for up to 10 years. Contact support if you need assistance.
Yes! You have the right to export all your health data. Go to Settings → Privacy → Export Data. You'll receive a complete download of your health records, prescriptions, lab reports, and consultation history in a standardized format (PDF and JSON).
