By using the platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally competent.
3. Services Provided
QikDoc enables users to connect with qualified RMP MBBS/MD/MS doctors holding MCI/NMC or any state registration for online medical consultations.
QikDoc is a technology intermediary, not a hospital or medical establishment.
4. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, updated information
- Not misuse the platform for illegal or emergency medical use
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
5. Doctor's Responsibility
Registered doctors are solely responsible for the case history, diagnosis, advice and prescriptions they provide and for legal perspectives of diagnosis & prescription.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Refunds, if applicable, will follow QikDoc's internal policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
QikDoc is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Mumbai Courts.
